Refund policy
All of our products are customed and handcrafted when ordered. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item(s) are received damaged.
Because our products are handcrafted there maybe slight variations in color, size and shape. Processing times range from 2-4 business days from the date of submitting your order. Once your order is placed you will receive an order number; shipping timeframes are not included in the processing time.
Prior to submitting your order for processing we ask that you review your order completely to ensure you've captured all items that you wish to order and that you've input the correct name and address including apartment/suite number if there is one. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, please email us immediately (info@candlesplus.com) with an explanation and please include the order number.
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before packaging and leaving our shop. Please inspect your order once received, and email us at info@candlesplus.com within 24 hours if you find your item is defective, damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and render a decision of refund, replacement or store credit of equal value (excluding shipping fees and applicable sales tax) based on our evaluation within 72 business hours.
