Shipping policy
Prior to submitting your order for processing please review it completely to ensure the recipients "Name and Shipping Address" are correct and you've captured all items. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, please contact us immediately.
Currently we are only shipping within the US and its territories through UPS or USPS based on the customers selection and payment. Waxed products will ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid being left in carrier vehicles and getting damaged during warmer months May-October.
The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. UPS or USPS transit times are not a reflection of our production time. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items you ordered and packaging. You should receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our store, please use the number to track your order's shipping status. We do not ship USPS Parcel Ground based on issues with lost packages, and they are not insured.
Return Shipping, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item or an error on our part. In such cases we will provide a a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged item(s).

Please do not return any items until you’ve received authorization from Candles Plus.
If your package status shows delivered and you did not receive the package, it may have been stolen. We are not responsible for stolen packages. A delivery status releases us from all liability; If you would prefer a signature delivery, you must put this in the comments section at checkout. If applicable, you will be responsible for all fees associated with the carrier obtaining a signature at delivery.
